Taking a Mental Health Day

 Do you ever take a mental health day??  My teacher daughter always takes at least one mental health day during the school year--we all need to take time to refresh our bodies and our MINDS!

Here is a list of 50 ways to spend a Mental Health Day.  During these Covid days, we should follow these steps to better minds and relaxation.
